The Texas Hill Country flooding has devastated those who lost their homes and loved ones. And calamities continue to strike others around the globe, from wars to wildfires to airliners crashing out of the sky. And we all face calamities in our personal lives as well. Why does God allow these things to happen? What do we do when these troubles come? Psalm 77:1-20 gives us insight for coping when calamity strikes, drawn from the life of a believer who faced his own heart crushing troubles.
